First we check

We don't start by building dashboards. First we review your processes, data sources and the places where time or money leaks away. Only that determines where we begin, so you don't pay for reports you don't need.
What you get
Substance, not a sales pitch.
The audit is usually 3-4 short meetings (60-90 min) spread over 2-3 weeks, a few hours of your time in total. In the end you get three concrete things you can decide on, also if you were to implement with someone else.
Implementation plan with analysis
Usually a dozen or so pages: what's worth implementing, in what order, and which tools will make the implementation easier.
Demo version
A working demo of a report or app on your data (or similar), so you see your own case, not a generic showcase.
A few hours of work with experts

After the audit
Implementation in small steps.
If you decide to implement, we price it by scope and hours worked. Prices start from PLN 6,000 net and most often reach up to PLN 40,000, depending on the number of sources and the scope. We build in stages, no six-month project, with a weekly status update. As a rough guide: a basic system about a month, full handover about 7 weeks.
Important
The audit is a separate, paid product
The audit is not deducted from the implementation. Its value is the plan and recommendation itself: you leave with a map and priorities regardless of whether you decide on further cooperation. We say this straight so there are no misunderstandings.
Training and post-implementation support
You're left with a solution you can maintain.
Technical documentation
You get documentation and access to the data model. The solution is in your Microsoft environment, not ours.
Team training
We show you how to use the reports, modify views and add data. You'll maintain it yourself.
You don't depend on a single person

Who this isn't for
We work with companies that care about consistent data and finally want to put it in order. If you already have a mature data platform and your own BI department, you probably don't need us. If you're a sole trader, have little data to analyze or comfortably handle everything in Excel, we probably won't help you much either. We'd rather say this straight than waste your time.
