Business apps

Tools that replace
manual work.

Dedicated Power Apps applications for transport, manufacturing, HR and warehousing. A natural complement to Power BI.

Example implementations

If you do it manually today,
an app will do it for you.

The app collects data where the work happens (a form, a QR scan) and feeds the same Power BI report. No more retyping between files.

App for settling orders with calculated profitability

Today

You log completed services on paper or in Excel (how many pallets, which task).

With the app

It calculates the amounts due and prepares the settlement and invoice automatically.

App for planning shift schedules and staffing

Today

You build the shift schedule in Excel and lose track of leave and skills.

With the app

You plan shifts, leave and staffing in one place, with skills control.

Warehouse order app on a tablet for the operator

Today

You hand out warehouse tasks on paper lists.

With the app

The operator gets tasks on a tablet, with code scanning, step by step.

App for simulating price and margin before a decision

Today

You calculate in Excel what price to sell at to make money.

With the app

You simulate price and margin before deciding, with a profit forecast and break-even point.

Data outside the ERP

Have data that isn't in the ERP (manual measurements, corrections, notes)? We'll build a simple data-entry app that feeds your report right away.

Want to see full implementations, from the before situation to the results? See case studies.

The screenshots show real implementations. We changed company names and data for client confidentiality (NOVARA, FlowWarehouse are demo names).

What we build

Apps tailored
to your process.

Every app is built around a real process in your company, not a ready-made template.

HR and personnel

Apps for time tracking, leave requests and employee onboarding. Data goes straight into Power BI – the HR report updates automatically.

Transport management

Route planning, order tracking, cost per order. The manager sees in one place what's on the road, what's running late and where costs are leaking.

Warehouse and manufacturing

Apps for scanning QR codes, entering data on the shop floor and tracking efficiency per employee. Instead of spreadsheets, a simple app on a tablet.

How it connects to reporting

First order in the data,
then apps.

Apps work best together with reporting: the app collects data where the work happens, and the Power BI report shows it right away. That way you don't create another silo, you close the data loop.

You can, however, start with just the app if that's what you need. During the consultation we'll advise whether in your case it makes more sense to start with the app, with reporting, or with both at once.

When does an app make sense?

  • You have a Power BI report and want to enter data directly from an app
  • You have a process you do manually in Excel and want to replace it with a tool
  • You have a team in the field (warehouse, transport) and need a simple tablet interface

Technology

The ecosystem you
already know.

We build in the Microsoft ecosystem: Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Azure. The client doesn't get locked into an external platform – everything stays in an environment they already know.

Power Apps Power Automate SharePoint Azure
Implementation architecture with a custom Power App: sources, dataflow, model, app, report
An example architecture with a dedicated app: sources (Subiekt GT, Excel, public data) feed the data model, a custom Power App collects and simulates data, and the result lands in a Power BI report.

After the app is delivered you get documentation and training, and you can change simple things yourself. If you prefer, we develop it further under ongoing support, it's your choice, not a requirement.

For your IT department

We build apps on Power Apps with data in SharePoint or Dataverse (chosen depending on scale and needs). For teams in the field we build tablet-ready views with code scanning. We limit data access through permissions and RLS, and everything runs on your Microsoft licenses. Licensing choices (Power Apps, Dataverse) and integration details are discussed during the consultation.

Ask about apps

Describe
your process.

Tell us what you do manually or in Excel today – we'll check whether it can be turned into an app.

  • We reply within 24h – we'll check whether your idea is feasible
  • Free consultation – no obligations, a concrete conversation
  • You can start with just the app – we'll advise whether to start with it, with reports, or with both at once

As a rough guide: we start with an audit for PLN 2,000, implementation from PLN 6,000 net, and the first version of the app usually takes a few weeks.
