How much does Power BI implementation and business reporting cost?
We start with a data audit for PLN 2,000 (first 10 hours), and you walk away with a real implementation plan. The Power BI implementation itself is priced individually based on scope, usually within PLN 25,000–40,000 net. Ongoing care and automated report development on a monthly subscription is also available. Always a VAT invoice.
How quickly can a company get automated reports?
We work in small steps, not a half-year project. After the audit we scope the first stage so the first automated business report usually appears within a few weeks, not after six months. Every week you get a status: what we're doing, where we're heading, the priorities.
Is business reporting in the Microsoft cloud secure?
Yes. We build Power BI solutions in the Microsoft 365 cloud, which you probably already use. We set up access control so each person sees only what they should (e.g. the board sees the full picture, a manager only their store). Technical details are on the Technology page.
Will I be independent and able to use the business reports myself?
Yes. After go-live we show you how to use the business reports and hand over documentation and access to the data model. The reports live in your Microsoft environment, not ours. If you'd rather we keep developing them, we do that as ongoing care, but it's your choice, not a requirement.
