How much does Power BI implementation and business reporting cost?
We start with a data audit for PLN 2,000, and you walk away with an implementation plan and a working demo. The Power BI implementation itself is priced individually based on scope, starting from PLN 6,000 net and usually up to PLN 40,000. Ongoing care and automated report development on a monthly subscription is also available. Always a VAT invoice.
How quickly can a company get automated reports?
We work in small steps, not a half-year project. After the audit we scope the first stage so the first automated business report usually appears within a few weeks, not after six months. Every week you get a status: what we're doing, where we're heading, the priorities.
Is business reporting in the Microsoft cloud secure?
Yes. We build Power BI solutions in the Microsoft 365 cloud, which you probably already use. We set up access control so each person sees only what they should (e.g. the board sees the full picture, a manager only their store). The reports live in your Microsoft environment, not ours.
Will I be independent and able to use the business reports myself?
Yes. After go-live we show you how to use the business reports and hand over documentation and access to the data model. The reports live in your Microsoft environment, not ours. If you'd rather we keep developing them, we do that as ongoing care, but it's your choice, not a requirement.

Can you integrate my data from Comarch Optima, SAP, Excel or SQL databases?
Yes. We've integrated data from Comarch Optima, Subiekt GT, enova365, SAP and many databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery), as well as Excel, Google Sheets and SharePoint. Automated reporting starts by connecting those sources into one place. If your system isn't on the list, we'll check options during the audit.
What does a data audit include and what comes out of it?
A concrete implementation plan for business reporting: where your data is, what can be connected, where it's worth starting and what effect it will bring. It's a document you can use to decide on the Power BI implementation, even if you carry it out with someone else.
Will Power BI replace Excel-based reports?
